Dr. Rachel Perry earned her Ph.D. at Harvard University. She teaches courses on visual culture, art history and the Holocaust at the University of Haifa, and is the curator of 'Arrivals, Departures: The Oscar Ghez Collection,' which has been displayed at the University of Haifa’s Hecht Museum.
