Rob Airley was born and raised in the UK, where his Jewish journey eventually led him to study at Shappels Yeshiva in Jerusalem. He met his wife, Jen, and, together, they built a life in New York, and were blessed with six children. In 2006, they fulfilled their dream of making aliyah and moved to Israel. Their son, Binyamin, was killed while serving in Gaza. Binyamin’s courage, commitment, and love for his people continue to inspire them every day. Professionally, Rob runs a recruitment company, but his deepest calling recently has been the founding of Beit Binyamin, a retreat center in Tsfat dedicated to supporting soldiers and bereaved families. Through this work, he has had the privilege of sharing Binyamin’s story, speaking about his contributions to Israel, and building a place of healing and strength for those carrying similar burdens of loss.
