Ruthie is the Director of Education at Manhattan Jewish Experience (MJE). After graduating from Stern College, Ruthie received her Masters in Talmud from Stern College's Graduate Program in Advanced Talmudic Study (GPATS). She was an OU-JLIC educator at the University of Pennsylvania and the founder of the OU-JLIC program at Drexel University.
