Ryan Torok brings more than a decade of writing experience as a contributing writer at Jewish Journal Los Angeles, one of the West Coast’s largest weekly newspapers, where he published more than 1,700 articles, including several award-winning pieces. In 2017–2018, he was selected as a fellow at NewGround: A Muslim-Jewish Partnership for Change, an organization dedicated to strengthening Muslim-Jewish relations in America and advancing a shared agenda for change in Los Angeles. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys writing song lyrics, playing acoustic guitar, exploring the outdoors, and listening to music from all eras. Most importantly, he loves spending time with his family.
