Shlomi Kofman is Vice President of International Collaborations at the Israel Innovation Authority, where he leads efforts to strengthen Israel’s global innovation partnerships and promote international R&D collaboration. He also heads the Israel-Europe R&D Directorate (ISERD). Previously, Kofman spent 25 years in diplomacy, holding senior positions in the United States and China.
