Rabbi Shlomo Brody teaches at Yeshivat Hakotel and is the founding director of the Tikvah Israel Seminars. A columnist for the Jerusalem Post, he is also a presidential graduate fellow at Bar Ilan University Law School and a junior research fellow at the Israel Democracy Institute. A graduate of Harvard University, he received his ordination from the Israeli Chief Rabbinate and his MA in Jewish philosophy from Hebrew University. Rabbi Brody has published widely in topics of Jewish law and thought. His first book, Modern Jewish Law: A Guide to the Complex (Magid), is scheduled to be published in 2014.
