Sigall Horovitz is a Rabin Scholar at the Hebrew University’s Truman Research Institute for the Advancement of Peace, where she researches the applicability of transitional justice to the Israel-Palestine conflict. In addition, Sigall teaches at the law faculties of the Hebrew University and Tel Aviv University and at the politics department of Hadassah Academic College. Sigall previously worked for the UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the UN-backed Special Court for Sierra Leone. She is a member of the New York and Israeli Bar Associations.
