Sonia Gomes de Mesquita is Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors and representative of the donor family at Sasa Setton, and founder of the Philip and Hilda Setton Sasa Setton Prize for Illustrated Children’s Literature, which is now in its sixth year and is awarded to the author and illustrator of a selected children’s book.
