Victor Yong Jen Ong is Malaysia's foremost authority on East Asian-Jewish and Israeli-Chinese relations and continues to work on counterterrorism and anti-cyberterror initiatives. Victor Ong finished graduate studies with the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Harvard University in the areas of conflict research and international security.
