Dr. Yossi Ben-Ari is a retired senior officer in Israel’s intelligence community, with 50 years of service in key positions. A Brigadier General (res.), he served as Chief Instructor at the National Security College, earned his doctorate at the University of Haifa in 2004, and has taught extensively in academia. Today he serves as Editor-in-Chief of Mabat Malam, the journal of Israel’s Intelligence Heritage and Commemoration Center.
