Black Lives Matter Is Anti-Semitic, and Here’s Why

On May 25, 2020, A man by the name of George Floyd was ruthlessly killed by a police officer in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The aftermath of his death led to mass protests across the world in support of the organization Black Lives Matter.

To the uninformed person, this movement seems justified, since the police are supposed to protect their citizens, not hunt them down. With a little bit of digging, it seems that this movement is not entirely what it seems. One of the founders of Black Lives Matter has called herself a “trained Marxist”. Marxism, developed by Karl Marx, ultimately led to the development of the USSR; and the persecution of Russian Jews for almost a century. If one is to be a founder of a movement advocating for equality, it would make sense to not affiliate with a movement that led to millions dying.

If that has not convinced you of Black Lives Matter’s ulterior motives, this should. A video surfaced of a group of protesters saying some things that most reasonable people would deem anti-Semitic. They said: “Israel, we know you, you murder children too!” If that doesn’t sound anti-Semitic, I don’t know what does.

It baffles me that people think you can fight racism with more racism. That is not how you facilitate change. If this proves anything. Black Lives Matter is just as uneducated and ill-informed as most protests are. We as the Jewish people always end up as the scapegoat for the world’s problems; even though we had absolutely nothing to do with what happened in Minneapolis.

To make matters worse, the crazy Twitter mob only seems to care about some kinds of discrimination. Remember when a crazy guy stabbed Chasidim in Monsey during Chanukah? Where were the protests calling for systemic change? Where was the #JewishLivesMatter Movement trending on Twitter? Yes, there was that protest in NY on the Brooklyn Bridge, but that died out within hours. It has been 51 DAYS since George Floyd was killed, and protests are still raging across the world. You either care about discrimination, or you don’t.

The impression is given that Jewish lives do not matter as much as Black lives do. If you have high profile celebrities like Nick Cannon, who said crazy things about Jews on his podcast, only get a slap on the wrist., That does not show a society that cares about equality. Compare that to the guy who hired a plane in Burnley with a sign saying “White Lives Matter”.The Twitter mob CRUSHED him, he got fired from his job and lost all public credibility. Nick Cannon, on the other hand, still has millions of dollars, mass public support, including from Dwane Wade, and a media that will probably forget about his snafu in the next day or two.

The events of the past couple of months have led me to this conclusion: When a black person is killed, the whole world stops. Cities are burned to the ground, and billions of dollars of property are damaged. Change is cemented and the entire world grovels to the mob. What happens when a Jew is killed?

Deathly silence.
