Clandestine — for all to see

The world. Sometimes you just sit and look in amazement, trying to comprehend what’s going on.

The world is watching how Israel’s undercover operation changed the rules of warfare forever. Sure, Israel is a land of bright genius minds, a startup nation. But even so, all schemes and plans can sometimes fail. All things are Divinely orchestrated, both the success of ventures, and the Divinely bestowed abilities and talents that enable minds to plot these plots to defend the Jewish people.

A stunning, surprising, wondrous operation that the whole world is now amazed by. People are trying to comprehend the enormousness of this strategic accomplishment that Israel did.

Sometimes we watch life go by and things seem to be more of the same, business as usual. And sometimes, our eyes open wide at the stunning unexpected revelations that we witness. It’s a new world. Life is not the same as usual. Things have changed drastically and exponentially. The reaction of hearing and seeing reports of what happened, has affected the entire world. Israel is now right, front, and centre in the news coverage.

The story is sensational on its own. It took Israeli chutzpah and know how, and it took G-d‘s blessing. Reportedly even the timing seems to be clearly Divinely ordained. According to reports, Israel was going to wait, and use this attack just before it began a major operation military against Hezbollah in Lebanon. But circumstances dictated otherwise. Israel realized that Hezbollah operatives had become suspicious about the possibility of such an attack; so Israel decided that they had a choice. They could either go ahead now and trigger the pagers to explode, or wait and risk that Hezbollah may get rid of the pagers, and the opportunity would be lost. Israel decided to proceed, and the results are history.

What will happen now? Nobody knows. It’s a world full of sudden and unexpected surprises. Nobody knows what’s going to happen next in this uncertain and changing world. But one thing seems certain and clear. G-d is watching over His people.
