By the Grace of G-d

Eternal

Some things last forever.

Some things seem to last forever, but don’t.

Suffering seems to have been around since the beginning of time. But it will end.

Everlasting peace and prosperity and happiness seem like a distant dream. But we will wake up to it.

There’s a song:

How long, how long we’ve suffered
When will it be
When will come Moshiach
And set us all free.

Redemption — G-d’s promise of eternal happiness.

And, it might be just around the corner. Waiting to embrace us, as we wait for it to come.

Now, as we watch a new Middle East miraculously unfold, we eagerly anticipate Redemption.

As we watch tyrants being eliminated or deposed, we realize that wondrous events are happening quickly, decisively. Life-changing events, changing the path of our world.

As evil vanishes, and light increasingly shines, suddenly the world seems like a place where eternal Redemption is near.

A place where humanity and G-d will meet.

A place where our world will become so meaningful, a garden of delight.

“I have come to My garden, My sister, My bride.” (Song of Songs 5; 1)

A place where we will be happy, forever.

May it happen very soon.
