We’re working hard on the expanded version of Family Purity – A Guide to Marital Fulfillment.
As you know, the monumental book was first published in 2002. Since then, it has become the standard worldwide and spawned numerous huge initiatives in the field of Jewish family purity and Jewish family life.
Now, we’re actively working hard on the expanded edition. And, we’d love to hear what you have to add!
Since 2002, due to the enormous stature of this book, and its companion titled Times, the field of Jewish family law has grown exponentially.
Times, sold together with Family Purity, was the first time that a compendium of the complicated vestos laws and calendar specially designed for these laws ever appeared.
Times, and the Hebrew edition titled Zemonim (זמנים) were huge successes and are reprinted constantly.
But, perhaps most importantly, they spawned a slew of huge automated web sites which automatically calculate these critical dates for the Jewish couple.
These wonderful sites, Times and Family Purity have been featured in many articles and publications.
I have personally authorized the first and then all the prominent family purity web sites.
And, since I am the Ask The Rabbi for them, over the decades I’ve responded to thousands of email questions through them. And, of course to questions directly to me.
In effect, an enormous amount of Jewish family purity related material has been collected. And, we’re preparing that for the expanded edition.
Beyond that, though, many thousands of couples worldwide are using Family Purity. It’s used as the study source through counselors and rabbinim shli”ta worldwide.
We’re asking for everyone who has comments, suggestions and any requests for the expanded version to send them for consideration.
Please, write clearly and specify what your input is. It is very important to us, and will only help the book serve the community better.
Any counselor or community rabbi who submits substantial beneficial input and would like to be recognized in the book, please, indicate that.
Please, pass this message on to anyone involved in this field who may be interested.
