Fake News? Zionists Have Been Dealing With It For Years

The arrival of the term “fake news” has been rather a new one, but it’s actually describing something quite old: propaganda against others, misleading the reader or viewer by omitting or twisting information to suit political purposes.

We’ve seen it all through history, and we know the harm it can do. In particular, from the Blood Libel to lies about the history of Israel and even it’s legitimacy and it’s own people, this type of thing is not new at all. The answer to all falsity and misinformation is exposure to accurate facts, understanding contexts, understanding nuances, fact-checking…educating oneself and others to the reality of situations. It’s something that Zionists have been doing for a long time and this method can indeed be applied to getting the true facts wherever and whenever we can in all situations.

Accuracy in these times is paramount in a world of fake news, deligitimization and falsehoods. We all must strive for the truth.
