From Hamas, with love
Sirens pierce the calm of southern Israel once again. Families freeze, then sprint. Children are ripped from their routines—stories unfinished, dinners uneaten—and dragged into the cold safety of bomb shelters. The familiar concrete walls echo with fear, not comfort.
“Mum, why can’t I sleep in my bed tonight?”

The Iron Dome lights up the sky, intercepting rockets launched from Gaza. It’s a miracle of technology—an umbrella over millions—but it can’t protect the soul. The soul of a parent calming a trembling child. The soul of a family trying to hold onto a peaceful Shabbat.
Stressed parents hide their tears and fears. They ask themselves questions they never wanted to ask:
Will this ever end?
Why are we hated for simply living in our homeland?

One sunny day, a father walks with his children. Their laughter fills the air. Then—he sees something strange. A kite. A beautiful, innocent kite… or so it seems. As it flutters down, his blood runs cold. His child reaches for it. “STOP!” he yells.
It’s no toy. It’s a bomb.
A gift from Gaza’s skies.

Even in Gaza, where people live under the same sun, there are cries for peace. Civilians, exhausted by war and tyranny, dared to speak out. They protested Hamas—the very regime holding them hostage. For a moment, we hoped.
But hope was silenced.
Their leaders were executed—murdered for wanting freedom.

Last week, we learned that Hamas inflated the casualty numbers in this war. Lied to the world. A strategy to manipulate global opinion and stir hatred against Israel. The result? The largest surge in antisemitism since World War II. Synagogues burned. Jews attacked in the streets.

And still, the world closes its eyes.
How is it that when terror strikes Paris, Brussels, Madrid—we stand united. But when it hits Tel Aviv, Sderot, Ashkelon—it’s called “resistance”? Why this hypocrisy? Why do people fall for the well-oiled propaganda machine of “Pallywood”—fake blood, staged photos, doctored footage?
Let’s be clear:
Hamas is a terror organization.
Recognized as such by the U.S., the EU, the UK, Canada, and others.
They use civilians as shields. They weaponize children. They celebrate death.
So why the double standard?
Because if Israel falls, make no mistake—the whole of Western civilization will be next. The values of freedom, democracy, and life itself are at stake.
This is a call to the world:
Open your eyes.
Denounce terror.
Choose truth.
Stand with humanity.
From Israel,
With love.
