Honey Mustard Chicken

Here is a great meal for dinner. Your going to love this.

Honey Mustard Chicken


1 tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Kosher Chicken Breast halves
3/4 cup Honey
1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
Juice of one Lemon
Zest of one Lemon
Salt and freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Place the chicken breast halves in a bowl and massage a little olive oil, lemon juice and zest of lemon over the breasts. Place the chicken in a baking pan.

In a small bowl whisk together the honey and the mustard. Add a little lemon juice to make it workable.
Drizzle the chicken evenly with the honey and mustard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake the chicken for about 25 minutes. Top each breast half with a little more honey mustard. Continue baking 10 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear. Serve over wild rice, a fresh salad and some fresh bread for a complete meal.
