Israel is strong.

It has been a week..a week of praying and hoping and waiting for words the boys are home. A week of tears. Instead of tearing Israel apart, it has pulled people together. It has made Israel stronger. People of all faiths are pulling together and praying for the boys. Muslim, Christian, Druze etc all want the boys returned.

On the other side, life for the Palestinians has gotten worse. Hamas, who governs Gaza, does not care. Hamas could care less about the Palestinians. I am sure of that. They shoot rockets into Israel, kidnap Israelis knowing full well that Israel will respond. While Hamas leadership goes underground, the people who suffer are the ones they are supposed to be committed to helping. Hamas cares more about killing Israelis than peace. The “unity government” is a farce. They will be no unity. Hamas’ charter is clear: Israel and Jews must go away. They have no answer for where they should go, but go they must.

Hamas: Israel is not going anywhere. We are here to stay. You have had over 60 years to get used to the idea.
