It’s time for Israel’s true independence and maturation

To all Israelis,

Opinion: It is proper that the current war – Solid Rock – will be considered the true war of independence, meaning, not only against those who wants to destroy Israel by force, but also against those who are considered to be friends of Israel.

Israel, it is time to say goodbye to the diaspora mentality and behavior…

Yes, it is possible that during the first years of Israel as a young state, Israel needed help and a hand to guide her in her first steps of making strategic decisions.
Yes, it was very nice and cozy that the world’s greatest empire – the United States – chose to give such assistance.

But enough, Israel, you are 66, and it’s time for real independence.

The need for the Prime Minister of Israel to turn his head all the time, to check that someone is behind him, to make sure that a responsible adult nods his head toward him, brings about not only deep hurt in the nation’s soul, but also a harsh moral injury.

For if the truth is that the one who decides the country’s decisions is not the one chosen by the majority of the people, so this is basically a dictatorship.

The fact that from the first day of Operation Solid Rock – and even before – there was an overthinking in Israel, “How long will the world give us” to handle real survival threats, explicit and immediate on Israel’s citizens, is a disgrace on the current Israeli policy.

The Obama administration has, repeatedly, shown Israel that it does not see and does not want the best for the State of Israel. Barack Hussein Obama is a Muslim Brotherhood man who strengthens terrorist organizations and weakens the democratic states’ stability.

The paradox called UN (of nothingness) is nothing to talk about!

The time has come for a decisive and final War of Independence, and not just against those who want to destroy Israel by force but also against those who use their political power and sophistication to crush her.
