Kosher Sirloin Beef Tips with Green Peppers
I think your going to like this one.
2 tbs. Vegetable Oil
1 lb. Kosher Sirloin Beef Tips, sliced
¼ cup Soy Sauce
2 tsp. Cornstarch
2 Green Bell Peppers, thinly Sliced
2 Red Bell Peppers, thinly Sliced
1 cup of Mushroom Caps
1 Onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves Garlic, crushed and chopped
2 Tomatoes, chopped
Salt and freshly Cracked Black Pepper to taste
In a large bowl add the beef and the cornstarch. Season with some salt and pepper and set aside.
In a large skillet, add the oil and sauté the Steak Tips., Add the onion, soy sauce, garlic until beef is browned. Add the peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes. Continue to sauté until the peppers are tender, but crisp, about 10 minutes. Serve over rice. Add a fresh salad, a baked potato and some fresh bread for a complete meal.
