Peach cobbler
Peach Cobbler
Think of Spring, which is just over a month away when your trying to dig yourself out. Here is a little recipe that should help you do that.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh sliced Peaches (or one 29 ounce can of sliced peaches, drained)
1 cup Bisquick mix (all purpose flour may be used, but Bisquick is the best choice for flavor)
1 cup of Milk
½ tsp. Nutmeg
½ tsp. Cinnamon
½ cup Pecans, toasted
½ cup Butter, melted
1 cup of Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
In an baking dish, stir Bisquick mix, milk, nutmeg and cinnamon together until thoroughly mixed. Stir in melted butter. Top with the toasted pecans.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir sugar and peaches. Spoon peaches over the cobbler crust.
Bake for one hour or until crust is a golden brown. Serve with some ice cream and think of Spring.
A special note. Whenever possible please purchase Kosher items that come from Israel especially those products that originate in Judea and the Shomron.
