Tel Aviv conference bombshell – connects the dots
The recent Tel Aviv conference innocently named “ISRAEL-US RELATIONS…Trends and Looking Ahead” left its attendees with a message of severe importance.
Sponsored by the Reut Group, I.E.P, (The Israeli Institute for Economic Planning) and the Institute for National Security Studies, the list of speakers indicated that this was not a conference to be ignored.
Opened by an address from Issac Herzog, the President of the State of Israel, followed by Alan Dershowitz speaking about the US “progressive left”, Keynoted by by William Daroff, CEO of the Conference of the Presidents of Major Organizations, a total of 18 experts on US Antisemitism and its root causes laid out bitter truths about why this phenomenon has “reared its ugly head”. It is indeed ugly…and it is about to get much worse.
The consensus of the speakers was that the political climate in the USA is a perfect breeding ground for this new antisemitism. A polarized nation, with both the extreme right and extreme left excluding anyone who does not agree with their views, conspiracy theories about Jewish “power and blame” are well received by both ends of the political spectrum. As no dessention is allowed, the pathways for imposing beliefs, rewriting history, and reshaping young minds through school curriculums shamefully altered, and University professors requiring “woke” answers on exams of those looking to receive high grades in their courses.
Every speaker emphasized that US Antisemitism and Anti-Zionism are one and the same. The danger presented is not only for American Jews, but for the potential survival of the State of Israel. If it sounds dramatic, the panels elucidated on just how serious this has become.
Danny Dayan, the chairman of Yad Vashem focused on the real goals of the BDS movement. It is not simply intended to damage Israel’s economy because of Israel’s “treatment” of those wanting a Palestinian State. “Nothing about BDS has to do with the Palestinians…everything has to do with 1948. It is Israel’s right to exist at all” which is at the core of this movement, Dayan explained.
Col. Elad Shavit, outlined the potential for the weakening of American commitment to the State of Israel amidst anti-Israel Progressives who are intent on pressuring US legislators who are finding that pro-Israel lobbying is eroding. The guarantee that future US Presidents will stand steadfastly with Israel must no longer be taken for granted, he said. The United States has narrowed its involvement in the Middle east as its trend toward isolationism has become a dominant theme with every President since Barack Obama.
Fern Oppenheim, the CEO of Brand Israel Group, released detailed studies of the full spectrum of American attitudes towards Jews and Israel, both before “Woke” and after. The “At risk” group are those currently in University, and younger. Jewish students are expected to “take sides,” essentially being asked “Are you with the Oppressors or with the Victims?” Unprepared for this assault, American Jews are conflicted when they are told that Zionism and Racism are ideological brothers. Apparently, all Zionists are racists…by their definition. Hence, simply put: All persons, Jewish or otherwise, who believe that the Jewish people are entitled to their ancient homeland delineated in the Old Testament and the Torah, are racists.
Alan Dershowitz warned that “Israel must be prepared to ‘go it’ alone in the future!” He warns that the current trends of American society are leaning towards “proportional representation” which in essence is a return to a quota system mentality. If the US has only 2-3% Jewish populations, it is possible that Universities will eventually limit their admissions of Jews to 2-3% of the student body. This new attitude would impact American Jews dramatically. Dershowitz warns that this concept of “quotas” is unconstitutional…but reflects the narrow interests of those promoting it.
Even more concerning on University Campuses, Dershowitz explains is that there is NO pro-Israel activity among University Jewish professors. They fear that the American Academy of Arts and Sciences will blackball them, and that tenure would be refused based on their views professed in the classroom.
Dershowitz claims that the “Palestinians are the luckiest group in the world, because their perceived enemies are the Jews…the Jewish State.” Hence- they benefit from the US political climate.
Attorney Alyza Lewin, President of the Brandeis Center for Human Rights, most recently credited with leading (and winning)- the legal battle on behalf of the Israeli “Ben and Jerry’s” company, was by far the most adamant in explaining the source of the surge in US antisemitism. It is intended, she explained, to bring about the end of support for the State of Israel. The groups pushing forward the message that anyone who supports Israel is racist, and that Israel is somehow a “Pariah” state …evil in its essence…have clearly laid out on their websites that the goal is NOT to force Israel into a two-state solution with the Palestinians, but rather to eradicate the State of Israel entirely. Maps generated by these groups have erased the name of Israel from within its borders.
In order to further their demonization of Israel, and by extension…all Jews… they have promoted a concept entitled “The deadly exchange” – where Israel is now blamed for all police violence in America. The claim is that American police come to Israel to take seminars, and are taught to be violent when they return to American soil.
Ms. Lewin reports that esteemed universities such as TUFTS, have had 40 organizations endorse that all of Israel is “occupied territory” and that students must agree to condemn Israel in order to be allowed to participate In the University “clubs.” Essentially, University students in America, she states, are being told that the world would be a better place… if Israel did not exist.
Michael Dickson, Executive Director of “Stand With Us” Israel, outlined the newest enemy of Israel: C.S.R. These initials for “Corporate Social Responsibility” are unknown to most, but have become prevalent in the world of US business. Now, large corporations must be found to be involved in efforts to aid “environmental social elements.” They are expected to spend large sums of money on “civic” projects which bring them no financial benefits. These must be causes which have no perceived “violation of human rights”. The rating companies whose scores are critical when contracts are awarded … automatically give corporations which work with Israel, a low rating. Of course, the ultimate question is: Who has become the judge and jury of what is or what is not, a “human right”? The most blatant result of this system, was the decision by “Global Energy Corp.” to reverse their agreement to develop Israel’s gas resources because they did not want to receive the “low rating”. Fortunately for all, Chevron has taken over the project.
Mr. Dickson explained that every level of education in the US is being used to turn Jews against themselves. High schools and Universities have departments of D.E.I. – “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.” Under the guise of “liberating social justice,” in their programming, Jews are equated with being privileged and white, rather than being seen as a minority with a heritage and a homeland. Public schools are creating massive indoctrination programs which attempt to turn Jews against themselves by creating fear and shame. The “Social Justice Movement” requires the condemnation of Israel, in order to participate in any of its projects.
At the core of each of the speakers’ presentations is the very real understanding that the new antisemitism in the United States has been brewing for a very long time. With the funding of Mosques and Muslim student centers on the campus of every major United States University, the goals of the Wahabe Muslim extremists began to plant the seeds of dissent in the most fertile ground available. With patience, leadership and funding from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, The Muslim Brotherhood, and other nations… the ultimate goal of nullifying Israel’s right to exist has begun to reap its rewards.
The plan in place is intended to lay the groundwork for the next generation of senators, congressmen, business leaders, and influencers. Once they have been convinced of Israel’s “evil nature” they will be perfect candidates to lead the United States in the distancing itself from the Jewish State. The Muslim world which wants to see Israel off of the map of the middle east is very patient. Their meticulous attention to the details of this campaign are proof that their goal is clear, and that they are prepared to “wait” to achieve their final goal.
The Military experts who spoke at this very-same conference, as well as many esteemed analysts have warned the attending Israeli government high-level representatives of the intended goals of the new American antisemitism. It is not the same as other periods in history. It is not simply to demonize Jews in their midst. It is to demonize the State of Israel in order to weaken the American commitment to the only Democracy in the Middle east. The intricate web of evil which is being woven is no longer invisible. Israel has been warned and must now prepare itself accordingly.
