At such a complex and challenging time like this, you would expect Oren Kaniel, the CEO of a very successful startup, to mainly be concerned with his own private affairs such as how to look after his organization. But he still finds the time and money to invest in the future of his nation, his country and the world. This innovative leadership is an example that as many people as possible should be aware of.
Here are some highlights from his epic Facebook post, and I hope other high-tech founders and CEO’s will take note:
A once in a 100-year crisis, creates once in a 100-year opportunities.
Connection, supporting one another, and a shared destiny present huge opportunities.
It turns out that the best weapon in the fight against the coronavirus, is empathy.
What about the State of Israel?
Don’t we deserve to be slightly proud of our country?
The development of relations between countries begins with the relations and empathy between people.
The coronavirus is the “Plan of the Century” to create genuine peace between people.
And sustainability with our neighbors. Genuine peace is about empathy and mutual respect.
The change must be tied to leveraging the social and economic opportunities.
Do you want better education?
How did we become so split and divided?
There are only a handful of politicians that will try to lead us rather than control us. But we are the sovereign. Not them.
We have a wonderful nation of brilliant, hardworking, and warm people. Let’s show them what baseless love is.
Let’s show them what empathy is. We got this.
It is our duty to the bereaved families, the immigrants who came from all over the world to build the land, the Holocaust survivors and the six million who perished, our parents, grandparents, and all the nations of the world watching this miracle called the State of Israel.
A once in a 100-year crisis creates once in a 100-year opportunities. We must not miss them.
