The world may indeed be responsible for a lot of things and even an ending to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict might very well be one of them.
The willingness to do this is not in dispute but, thus far, no successful procedure has been discovered. The many years in which various attempts and initiatives have come and gone bear ample witness to the consistent failure of all these past endeavours.
Then can it be that there simply is no solution? Or is it just that no one has ever known how to safely deal with so toxic a monstrosity and then move it on towards some broadly acceptable form of isolation?
Desperate times often call for desperate measures. And, right now, in Gaza and Israel, the situation there is calling us all to do, well, something
Quite what that something should be may be hard to define at present. But, if we only do more or less what has always been done before, then whatever happens is likely to be of very little long-term use to anyone.
So, let’s propose doing something original, an out-of-the-box application for the problems everyone is facing and see where that could take us.
