The Congregation Beth Am of Los Altos Hills, and the Jewish Community Center of Palo Alto, both in the Silicon Valley, California, hosted on April 10, 2022, a 40-minutes Seminar with Dr Einat Wilf titled “The Essence of the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict and the Path to Lasting Peace”. The Seminar was followed by a 40 minutes Q&A session.

About Einat Wilf:
Born and raised in Israel, Dr Wilf was a former policy advisor to Shimon Peres, a Nobel Peace laurate. She was a member of the Israeli parliament from 2010 to 2013, where she served as the Chair of the Education Committee and a member of the influential Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee. Dr. Wilf earned a B.A. from Harvard, an MBA from the INSEAD institute in France and a PhD in political science from the University of Cambridge, and she served as the Goldman Visiting Professor at the Georgetown University.

Students at K12 schools in California, required to take a course in “Ethnic Studies” in 9th grade in order to graduate, as well as students in the California State University campuses facing a similar requirement.
