The ‘So, Sue Me’ Administration
President Biden has inadvertently let the cat out of the bag.
He knows or should have known that what he is doing is not authorized by law, but he is doing it anyway.
On August 3, 2021, CNN reported “During a press conference Tuesday, Biden told reporters that “any call for a moratorium, based on the Supreme Court(‘s) recent decision, is likely to face obstacles.” … Biden said that while it’s unclear if new action from the CDS would survive the courts, “at a minimum, by the time it gets litigated it will probably give some additional time while we’re distributing the ERA funds.”
On November 6, 2021, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit rendered a stay of Biden’s vaccine mandate requiring workers at US companies with at least 100 employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 or to be tested weekly, finding “grave statutory and constitutional issues with the rule” (Reuters).
“Grave statutory and constitutional issues” means “The act was unconstitutional” or in less polite terms, “Are you nuts?”
FDR had the “New Deal; JFK, “The New Frontier”; LBJ, “The Great Society
Biden?
Build Back Better”?
What does it mean anyway?
Tear things down and rebuild them? Does that include doing away with the Constitution and statutes? Required teaching of Critical Race Theory in public schools?
Biden’s approval rating is sinking.
Inflation, crime, unvetted border invaders are soaring.
He has created and exacerbated one crisis after another.
The failure that most deeply resonates in American hearts, even among Biden voters, is Afghanistan.
“I cannot forgive him for Afghanistan,” they say.
Time will tell if voters will finally have had enough of government by fiat and reclaim their history and their narrative.
