You are not alone!
What is real Strength?
I think real strength is being able to keep on waking up each day when all of what you have hoped for, dreamed about, or worked really hard for, or prayed about for has been taken away, lost, or has not materialized yet in the physical realm and yet you still pick yourself up again and again for the thousandth time and keep on going on for one more day, one more hour, or one more second.
Bravo to you and all of us!
You are not alone!
That is real Strength
Takes real strength
and is courageous!
That is the fortitude and gallantry that all human beings possess
inside
of themselves
to keep on going day after day
To keep on show up especially when we are not our best,
Don’t feel good,
Look good?
Or just too plain exhausted to do one more thing and want to quit
But don’t quite and choose to keep going one second at a time
That is the determination and fearlessness
Which I have no doubt you possess
and I know you have already shown the world
and yourself this strength
over and over again
and you will and can do it again!
You are unstoppable and a Miracle!
I know that the times right now might feel like most excruciating and painful moments
of many of our lives that we are all going through and been going through for a long long time.
Both on a personal level as a collocative as a member of the human race
These are pivotal moments for many many people
Right now, from
All backgrounds and all walks of life.
However, there is hope!
You are really strong
And you will make it if you don’t give up.
How you ask?
Because you are a gift!
You have still here!
Even when all has seemed lost in the past and all still seems lost
You still are alive and woke up today!
That means there is a real purpose for you being here!
Hashem (G-d) does not make Junk!
Good for you for making it through another hard day or night!
Bravo to you and all who love you going through their own private Journeys
When all has seemed lost you still showed up!
That is miraculous!
You are Miraculous!
This is real courage and real strength!
You are not alone and your experiences are real
and your feelings are valid!
You are not crazy you are human!
Anyone would feel the way you do
if they were walking or have walked in your shoes.
So please do don’t give up
no matter how hard it gets
You are not alone, you are worthy and you matter!

I was a contributing author for this Jewish online organization dedicated to creating a Jewish community that is more aware and empathetic toward mental health recovery especially during the Pandemic.
My goal as a artist and a advocate has been to support all of the Jewish people to view mental health , mental illness, and types of addiction as a trauma response directly related to all of our intergenerational trauma.
My hope has always been share my story with all of my sisters and brothers of the Jewish faith as a way to empower, support and encourage all of us to do our best by working hard to forgive ourselves and love ourselves and be kind to ourselves so we can serve Hashem with joy and happiness they way he wants us to. Only Hashem is perfect and we are human.
My prayer has always been to work along side all of my Jewish family and the Jewish communities from all sectors of our faith so we can continue to use all of our gifts and talents that Hashem gave us, and that each one of us possesses as "One " "אֶחָד" !!!
This way each and everyone of the Jewish people will be able to serve Hashem now and forevermore only with joy and happiness and no more suffering.
May the Melech Halom "The King of the world "and our "Father in Heaven" have Rachmonus "Mercy and compassion" on us on all the Jewish peoples collective suffering as one and may he look down from Heaven favorably and accept all of our heartfelt prayers for good only.
Artist Spotlight:
A local nonprofit arts organization in the state I live called "Open Door Arts " spotlighted some of my work from my artist portfolio that covers some of my collections of fine art, graphic art, and my award-winningˌ short film documentry called a
" A Reynah in Exile" also known as Hidden in Plain Site.
I was inspired to use a allegoric style of filmmaking as the motif and backdrop for my short film that is taken by one of my favorite prayers found in the Siddur "The Jewish Prayer book" called
"Shir Hashirim " שִׁיר הַשִּׁירִים"
This is one of our Tefillot we say on.שַׁבָּת "Shaboos Kodesh "
which can be found in our Friday night prayers service in our Siddur.
