When will the World Learn?

This week, the Holocaust will once again capture media headlines. The genocide of 6 million Jews will never be forgotten. The Jewish people was not destroyed and Hitler’s world domination plan failed and was crushed. To this day, the world turns a blind eye to the various attacks done to the Jewish people but this time the Jewish people have a state and an army that will come to the Jewish people’s defense. Antisemitism did not become ashes after the Holocaust but continued to thrive and a new menace in the form of radical Islam threatens the Jewish people. The Jewish people will overcome this latest menace and will persevere even if the the world refuses to learn from the past.

Hitler viewed the Jewish people as subhuman who behaved like a cancer and had to be eradicated. 6 million Jews perished in the Nazi fires while they were being shipped to the concentration camps and gas chambers. Jewish men and women were treated like cattle who could be exploited, used, harmed, and killed just to satisfy the Nazi regime. The Nazi’s wished to destroy the Jewish spirit but courageous Jews lining up to the gas chamber held their head high and proudly while chanting the shema- the eternal Jewish prayer to the one God who continues to guide the Jewish people. The enlightened nations of the world did not move to help the Jewish people and looked the other way while the Jewish people were being destroyed.

Flash forward to the year 2015, the Jewish people are flocking to the land of milk and honey that was re-established after the Holocaust. Israel is a force to be reckoned with and is on the front line against the Islamic radical attempt to destroy western civilization. The western civilization is still asleep and unwilling to act against this threat. The world will now grant the leading terror sponsoring country the most dangerous weapon a country can have. The world is still allowing the lies and hate filled education in Madrassas to continue thus allowing younger generations to become Jihadi fighters. The world is talking to the biggest terror organizations in the Middle East including Hamas and Hezbollah in order to grant them legitimacy as an international world player. The Nazi and Jihadi ideology share a common threat – they wished to take over the world in order to forcefully impose their twisted ideology on the sleeping global citizens.

Anti Semitism never died and Jew hatred is still very common in many parts of the world. The world still blames the Jewish people for many evil acts perpetrated by terrorists such as the twin tower bombings which some accused Israel. The root cause of all of the instability in the Middle East is because of the lack of a genuine peace effort to create a Palestinian state. The world cries to the Jewish people to return to Europe and leave their ancestral homeland while before the Jewish people were subjugated to the cries of returning to Palestine when they were living in Europe. Attacks on synagogues, Jewish centers, Jewish graves, and various other Jewish targets have been seen all over the world. Enough is enough- Stop blaming the Jewish people and let the Jewish people live in peace.

Never Again !!!!!!!! The Jewish people and the state of Israel are here to stay. My grandfather helped to liberate the camps during the war while acting as a translator for the American armed forces. He witnessed the horrible war crimes committed by a despicable monster. I heard the sirens while living in Israel when another monster decides to destroy our homeland with rockets. The world never learns from the past but each individual can make an effort to preserve the memories of the past while ensuring the world will wake up to the truth facing the only Jewish state. The Holocaust will never happen again and every Jew is obligated to make sure that these words remain true and eternal. AM ISRAEL CHAI!!! LONG LIVE THE JEWISH PEOPLE!!
