Why Is The Israeli Media Not Reporting This Terrorist Attack?
In the Israeli media, there are numerous stories on the two Palestinians shot by Israeli soldiers while participating in a violent ‘Nakba Day’ riot. The same goes for the non-violent vandalism of ‘price tag’ incidents, a number of which have been traced back to the Arabs themselves as the perpetrators.
But here’s something you won’t read about anywhere but one place…the firebombing of a school bus full of Jewish school girls, sixth-graders out on a field trip.
The girls were on a school trip to Hevron to visit the Cave of Machpela, where Abraham and Sara are buried, and included a trip to Rachel’s tomb. All of these, by the way are official government Jewish heritage sites. They are supposed to be open to Jews to visit. And Hevron is one of the oldest Jewish communities in history,or at least it was until 1929, when the local Arabs began raping and murdering their neighbors and ethnically cleansed the Jewish population.
Israel’s wonderful peace partners set up a well planned ambush and targeted the clearly marked school bus as it returned from Hebron. One of the mothers on the bus described what happened:
“This was a bat mitzva trip that had been approved by the Ministry of Education, which included a visit to Rachel’s Tomb. The buses were bulletproofed and had an armed guard,” she said.
Chananel, the woman’s son, whose sister had been on the bus, wrote on Facebook on Tuesday: “Three firebombs exploded on the bus. It was a direct hit. The bus was engulfed in flames and the girls and the mothers in the bus screamed, cried, leaned down toward the floor. There was a smell of burnt plastic.
“This time, it ended without injury. The driver stepped on the gas and the bus was fortified. The traumatic effects are not known at this point… I don’t even want to write how it could have ended.”
Yes, this time. Others haven’t been so lucky. it is only by the grace of G-d those young girls weren’t burned to death.Meanwhile, Israel gets demonized by the Obama Administration and the EU just for building homes for its people.
Of course, the Palestinian Authority claims to know nothing about it and as always, will never arrest anyone for killing or attempting to kill a Jew.So much for that ‘security cooperation’.
And I actually understand that, knowing the kind of people we’re dealing with. They are whom they are and they do what they do, and perhaps one day the people literally salivating to establish a state for a bunch of violent, hateful barbarians who think targeting and murdering children is a holy act will wake up to the fact that they’re financing terrorism and are thus accessories.
But it is Israel that puzzles me. The media never reported this. Not the Jerusalem Post, Yediot, Y-Net, Israel Hayom, Israel 24, The Times of Israel, and certainly not Ha’aretz.
Was it just because this time, no one was murdered? Or is it that there’s an agenda at work here to deliberately ignores this sort of hideous crime against innocent children?
And when the Shin Bet finally catch the four bombers, they will no doubt be getting a salary from the PA. And Israel will be pressured to release them as part of a ‘peace process’ that doesn’t exist, so they can have another try.
What sane country would allow that? Does it serve Israel in any way? And why does our own media appear to be collaborating in hiding the truth?
Those are question we should be asking. It might serves us better to be investigating that instead of why two Palestinians got shot while participating in a violent riot mourning their failure to successfully commit genocide.
