Will Bibi be investigated for bribery and fraud?

The longer Bibi can make the UN Security Resolution against settlements scandal last the more time he has to release all his dirty little secrets in a way that will get the least possible attention. Did anyone notice that there has been a police inquiry into him for months?

The investigation currently being conducted into the Prime minister for bribery and fraud was announced just two days ago right at the heart of the ongoing diplomatic crisis the Prime Minister has manufactured around the country.

Today 200,000 classified documents concerning the Yemenite children scandal are to be declassified.

A vote scheduled to take place today on the building of more units in East Jerusalem has been postponed. Didn’t he only just say “Israel won’y turn the other cheek”? Yet here he is doing just that.

Remember an inquiry has been going on for months into the Prime Minister.

It is so serious that the anti-corruption police unit Lahav 433 raided the Defence ministry taking files and computers out of the building with them. I24 News reported that;

Israel’s Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit ordered police to launch a preliminary inquiry into reports that Netanyahu’s personal attorney Shimron, who represents the company in Israel, used his close relationship with the premier to push the deal worth billions of dollars.”

The shipyard building Israel’s subs is partially owned by an Iranian firm. Not only are Israeli tax shekels enriching Israel’s sworn enemy it is possible that the Iranians have access to the advanced equipment Israel is buying. After all they partially own the shipyard.

Is all his undiplomatic ranting just to distract attention from the fact that there was a personal reason he ordered the purchase of those submarines, a purchase the military and minister of Defence were against?

What are we to make of a Prime Minister accused of using Israel’s defence budget to buy submarines Israel doesn’t need in an effort to enrich himself?

What are we to make of a Prime Minister accused of being bribed by French businessman Arnaud Mimran to the tune of over a million Euro?

With everything that’s going on lets all remember that Netanyahu is on the cusp of being investigated for bribery and fraud and make sure that news doesn’t fall by the wayside because of the fuss he is making over a non binding UN Security Council resolution.
