One of the drawbacks of social media is that our feeds are so staunchly based on our own personal networks and interests. Too often, the dialogue we are exposed to already agrees with us.

In an effort to better understand the Palestinian perspective, I invited Amer Zahr to join me this week.

Amer is an Arab-American comedian who has performed all over the world. As a child of Palestinian refugees, he draws upon his experiences to find humor in everyday life. You can learn more about Amer at www.amerzahr.com.
