Eric Scarf is an attorney living in Costa Rica. He is a member of the Costa Rican Jewish community, and part of the World Jewish Congress’ flagship program, the Jewish Diplomatic Corps. He is a founding partner of the Central American law firm Sfera Legal, President of the Costa Rican Investment Promotion Agency (CINDE) and founding member of the Costa Rican Interfaith Dialogue Forum.
