Blaze Music Bar is one of those places you visit once and never forget.  From the cool rock and roll atmosphere to the great music and the friendly atmosphere you just feel at home once you enter the bar.  Young people and some a bit older come from all over the Jerusalem area to hear bands from all over the country.  Even though it is considered a rock bar you can hear young musicians playing everything to blues and jazz.  Yehi Zaken Blaze bar’s founder and owner is one of the friendliest bar owners you will meet. I actually call him Jerusalem’s downtown social worker.  Any young person that has an issue goes to Yehi.  He has three metal rock bands and organizes the largest Metal Rock Festivals in the country but his love for soft rock and blues is apparent by the performers.

Of course, the natural partner for a bar such as Blaze is the largest party in Jerusalem’s City Hall, Hitorerut, whose goals is to keep young people in Jerusalem, to encourage culture and make Jerusalem a comfortable home for all!!  This coming Monday and Tuesday the 12-13.8 from 9pm each night Yehi and Hitorerut are welcoming ten young Jerusalem bands to Blaze to perform during a two-day festival music festival.  I have heard some of these bands perform and I was amazed at their talent. So join us! The entrance is always for free and Blaze is a smoke-free bar!!
