Mayor Mamdani is no dummy, he calls it as he sees it, Israel is guilty of genocide. I am certain he is referring to our efforts in totally wiping out Hamas terrorists. Afterall, the guy is educated, smooth and swift on his feet. He knows well if Israel wanted to, it could wipe out all of Gaza, in maybe 3 afternoons without using a tenth of its might.

I am sure he is meticulous in his assumptions and checked sources like analysts at West Point presenting the statistics; there has never been a lower ratio of collateral damage in urban warfare. And, you see by his sweet smile, he a most caring and sensitive person recognizes the pathos of our Nation born out of the ashes of a Genocide, could never engage in such an action against an innocent people. The mayor has of course read how Israel sends a whirlwind of communications to the targeted areas with outlined paths, so non-combatants can flee, even though Hamas uses those civilians as human shields. He is worldly enough to know that Israel is among the first and likely the finest in assisting the World’s countries experiencing any kind of disaster. Genocide of a people?

Finally, our mayor understands that according to the trusted Gaza Health Ministry there were an estimated 34,000 births in 2025. Zohran knows that in defining Genocide under article II from the UN convention on Genocide, it is inclusive of acts imposing measures to prevent births. So, that doesn’t jive with a Genocide against a people.

Yes, Zohran is aware that Israel uses disproportionate actions in this targeted Genocide. It doesn’t engage in baby burnings, raping women, slaughter children and parents in front of one another nor taking innocent civilians hostages to experience barbaric holding conditions.

The NYC Mayor is on the money, Israel is guilty of Genocide in the Gaza war in its targeting Hamas with the posture of eliminating it. What else could an educated, understanding, sensitive and loving man think? I fully support his thinking; my suggestion is that he be a bit more careful in his communications as he can easily be misunderstood. I sense many are misreading your communications in this matter, sir.

As Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel tells us, words have power and consequences. So, Mr. Mayor, just deliver your Genocide messaging with more clarity and perhaps Jewish men and women would no longer be stabbed on your streets.
