Trump loyalists want Anonymous to reveal his or her identity and call him a coward for hiding. We could ask ourselves, why the secrecy?
If Anonymous were a whistleblower, secrecy about his/her identity should be as sacred as physicians’ requirement of confidentiality and journalists’ source protection. But the upcoming book is not trying to stop an injustice from happening. It’s a smear campaign to take down Trump. Then I feel that I may say my suspicion on whodunit.
Remember Anthony Scaramucci?
Very well-versed, a quick thinker and talker. His problem, that made him last only 11 days flat was that he doesn’t know how/when to shut up.
After being fired as press secretary of the White House, he stayed Trump’s loyal ally in the media, eloquently defending the indefensible.
This, until the giant tax cut for the super-rich was done. The investment banker then started warning Trump to the more ‘truthful’ and ‘realistic.’
When his fear of losing the 2020 elections to a Socialist went through the roof, he became a fierce Trump critic. Trump had to go.
But who’s listening to his hyperboles anymore? He became old hat. So, you know what? Let’s make it an intrigue who’s talking. He even volunteered that he couldn’t be Anonymous!
The lady doth protest too much, methinks. Though, one could say that that’s not suspicious because Scaramucci always talks too much.
The Mooch today predicts that Trump “won’t last much longer.”
Until proven differently, Anonymous for me is Anthony Scaramucci. It’s his kind of verbose lively language. He has the means and he has the motive. I don’t have inside information. It’s just my hunch. His book is due in 9 days. Let’s hope that it’s more substantial and less flawed than Michael Wolff’s eventually flopped ‘Fire and Fury.’
