As nations unite against Iran, who needs the Abraham Accords?
When Eastern and Western powers collaborated to attack Iran, and to knock down Iranian missiles and drones, that was Abrahamic.
When the U.S. joined Israel to bomb Iran’s nuclear sites, that was unprecedented cooperation against a common enemy.
And when Arab countries provided intelligence and shot down drones aimed at Israel, that was unprecedented.
Who needs the Abrahamic Accords? This was Abrahamic.
It was the children of Abraham (Yishmael — symbolically considered the beginning of Arab civilization) and Isaac (Esau — considered the beginning of the Roman and later Western civilization), working together with Jacob (Israel) to defeat the enemies of humanity.
The world is becoming increasingly refined. Because when Jordan shoots down drones headed to Israel, and Qatar pressures Hamas to release the last living hostages, and world leaders endorse a resolution requiring Hamas to disarm, that’s amazing.
That’s Abrahamic, a joining of forces — of East and West — working together to save the world.
It’s not perfect yet? It’s getting there quickly. Moving towards a perfect, peaceful world.
We are told that Moshiach is a time when the nations will “all call in the name of G-d, to serve Him with one shoulder.” (Zephaniah 4; 9)
Moshiach is a time of peace. When the monotheistic beliefs of East and West will influence the entire world.
Moshiach is a time when all will see the Almighty’s presence in everything. And the “world will be filled with an awareness of G-d, just as the waters cover the sea.” (Isaiah 11; 9)
Perhaps the complete Redemption with Moshiach is now very close.
May it happen very soon.
