Anne Goldschmid is a French poet, writer and columnist based in Paris, with close personal and cultural ties to Poland and Jewish history. Her writing explores Israel, antisemitism, Jewish life in Europe, and contemporary political and cultural debates. Politically engaged for many years and once firmly rooted in the left, she now prefers to judge ideas on their merits rather than by the political labels attached to them. She has contributed to the French press and remains active in Polish literary and public debate. Her articles and commentary also appear on Facebook, X and her own Substack.
