David Makovsky is the Ziegler Distinguished Fellow and director of the Koret Project on Arab-Israel Relations at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. He is the author of 'Making Peace with the PLO: The Rabin Government’s Road to the Oslo Accord,' (HarperCollins/Westview, 1995). He is also the co-author with Dennis Ross of 'Be Strong and of Good Courage: How Israel’s Most Important Leaders Shaped its Destiny,' (Public Affairs, 2019).
