Devora Kimelman-Block is a JIFA agriculture educator, and kosher business entrepreneur. She is the founder and CIO of KOL Foods - the only national purveyor of regenerative, 100% grass-fed kosher beef and kosher heritage chicken. KOL Foods is also the only meat supplier that meets the animal welfare requirements outlined in JIFA's (Jewish Initiative for Animals) institutional Resource Guide. Devora, her husband Jason, and four children are founding members of Eastern Village Cohousing, an award winning LEED certified green building in downtown Silver Spring, MD.
