Rabbi Dov Oliver, originally from Melbourne, Australia now resides in New York and is the director of Hillel of Rockland. Previously Rabbi Oliver and his wife Shevy served as directors of Chabad of RARA, serving remote and isolated Jews in the Australian Outback. Rabbi Oliver is also Mayanot Birthright Israel's NY Alumni coordinator and has led sixteen Birthright Israel trips.
