Jacob Dallal is managing director of the Comper Center for the Study of Antisemitism and Racism at the University of Haifa. He consults, lectures and does research on public policy with a focus on antisemitism, and is a fellow at the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security (JISS).
Dallal worked for the Israeli government at the Ministry of Strategic Affairs. Prior to that he was director for public relations at the Jewish Agency for Israel and at Birthright Israel in New York and at the Mandel Foundation in Jerusalem. Dallal has an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He is a major (reserve) in the Israel Defense Forces Spokesperson’s Unit.
