Jacqueline Saper is the author of the award-winning memoir From Miniskirt to Hijab: A Girl in Revolutionary Iran. An Iranian-American and eyewitness to the 1979 Islamic Revolution, she lived through its aftermath and the Iran-Iraq War before fleeing to the United States. She writes and speaks on Iran, women’s rights, and lived experience under authoritarian rule.
