John C. Wolfe is the former Chief Speechwriter to New York Governor George E. Pataki, a position he held for ten years. During that time, he worked on joint projects with former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and several former top aides to Ronald Reagan. He was at Ground Zero of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, and stayed there in the weeks that followed, assisting the governor with the recovery effort.
In 2007, he moved to the Adirondacks mountains and launched www.johnwolfespeechriter.com. Aside from private works, Wolfe's public writing included a series of published op-eds in several newspapers, including the New York Times, the Baltimore Sun, and the Times of Israel. He began writing about his drinking experience in 2014. He is the author of three published books: "A Day of Clarity," "The Dead Man’s King" and "A Little Uprising."
