Jonathan D. Strum is an international lawyer and businessman based in Washington DC focused on the Middle East and currently in the GCC. He quietly did business between the UAE and Israel in the 2000s – 15 years before the Abraham Accords. From 1991-2005, he taught Israeli Law at Georgetown University Law Center. He writes frequently for The Hill in Washington DC.
