Joseph Finlay is an historian, writer and musician based in the UK. He publishes the Torat Albion newsletter, which focuses on British Jewish issues and history. He recently completed a PhD looking at British Jewish responses to race relations in the postwar era, has written a history of the Jewish Council for Racial Equality and is beginning a postdoctoral fellowship examining Jewish colonial governors in the British Empire.
