Mario Selem, 72, was born and raised in Buenos Aires, where he was active in Jewish communal life. He made aliyah at 47 with his family and has lived in Israel for almost three decades. His work has taken him around the world. He writes from personal experience about Israel, Jewish identity, antisemitism, the Diaspora and belonging.
