About Me
Nico (Nicolas) Socolovsky is a rabbi, educator, writer, and Jewish communal leader whose work lives at the intersection of Torah, Israel, ethics, and the emotional life of community. Born in Buenos Aires and ordained in Jerusalem, he has served Jewish communities in Israel, Southeast Asia, Southern California, and the Bay Area. He is co-editor and contributor to Handbook of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Jewish American Youth and writes about Jewish tradition as a language for real life. He lives in Los Gatos with his wife, Noga, their three children, and two enormous dogs.
