Dr. Robin Bailey-Chen is a mission driven leader in higher education. She served as a higher education administrator for most of her career and an adjunct faculty member in the M.A. in Social Entrepreneurship and Change program at Pepperdine University for several years. As Director of Campus Support and Action Plan Implementation for Hillel International’s Campus Climate Initiative since 2024, Dr. Bailey-Chen works with senior administrators and student affairs professionals at universities in the US and Canada to engage them in data-informed strategic planning and the development of programs and policies to improve the campus climate, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
