Charles R. Holzer, known as Rusty Holzer, is the Principal & Chairman of Worth Capital, a private investment firm focused on real estate and long-term private investments. A graduate of Harvard University, he has spent his career in investment management and asset stewardship across New York and Palm Beach. Holzer is also a former Olympic equestrian, having represented the United States Virgin Islands in show jumping at the 1992 Summer Olympics. His lifelong involvement in sport and philanthropy informs his broader civic engagement. As a contributor to The Times of Israel, he writes on civil rights history, antisemitism, Jewish–Black relations, and the importance of principled leadership in confronting hatred and division.
