Originally from Toronto, Sahar made Aliyah to Israel in 2024. Born with spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy, she writes on living in Israel with a disability, the need for more than surface-level education, and a major shift in outlook and perception, especially as an immigrant. She also provides political analyses of major issues facing the West today such as: culture clash, the illusions of peace, and political cowardice. She holds an Honors BA in Political Science from York University (Toronto) and served as a Hasbara Fellowships Canada intern and executive of Students in Support of Free Speech (YorkU) for four years.
